CommissionTo Affiliates.
Delenta shall pay to A compensation (the “Affiliates Commission”) on the initial sale made by Delenta to each Referral, provided that the initial sale is for a valid Delenta Subscription plan and is consummated within 40 days of the date of introduction by Affiliates to Delenta. Earn earn up to 25% commission of sales made by Delenta to each referral that you introduced. Fee for the initial sale made through your referral link. ”Purchase Price” means the net sales price (exclusive of sales tax and after applying any discounts, credits, rebates, and adjustments) of the subscriptions to the Delenta Service sold by Delenta to an Affiliate under the Referral’s first order.
Payment Policy An Affiliate can request a payment when their balance reaches a minimum balance of $100 USD. Payments can be requested every 30 days. Payment processing can take up to 30 days from the request date. Payments will generally be paid out to your registered PayPal account.
Refund Policy Delenta refund policy is quite transparent.However, in the event a customer was refunded for a transaction for which the Affiliate has earned commissions, any commissions earned on the refund amount will be deducted from the Affiliate’s balance. 2. Limitations: a. For purchase commissions, you will receive commission for the first purchase made by a new customer who is not in an active sales process with us at the time of the affiliate link click. b. The customer needs to be an active paid customer. c. Affiliate links may rely on cookies to track referrals. Therefore if cookies get cleared, we may not be able to track these events. d. Cookie window is 40 days as stated in the Affiliate portal that you have access to track the progress of the leads/ referrals that you introduce. e. Only affiliate links can be used to track referrals. Incorrect use of affiliate links will cause inability to track referrals. f. Fraudulent or stolen attribution is a non payable event. If we suspect fraud (for example, if we see that signups are all from the same city or IP address) we may require you to prove that the referrals are valid.
3. Upgrades/downgrades. You do not receive additional commission if a customer upgrades to a higher tiered product in the future. If a customer downgrades, you will receive the commission associated with that downgrade.
4. Attribution. In the event a single customer clicks two different affiliate links, the last affiliate gets the credit. We do, however, reserve the right to modify this in certain circumstances.
5. Term and Termination. The term of this Agreement commences on the Effective Date of this Agreement and continues for a period of 1 year. Upon expiration of the Initial Term, this Agreement automatically renews for additional successive one year terms unless and until either Party provides notice of non-renewal at least 30 days prior to the end of the then-current term, or unless and until earlier terminated as provided under this Agreement (each a “Renewal Term” and together with the Initial Term, the “Term”). In addition to any remedies that may be provided in this Agreement, either Party may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect upon notice to the other party, if the other party: (i) fails to pay any amount when due under this Agreement; (ii) has not otherwise performed or complied with any of the terms of this Agreement, in whole or in part; or (iii) becomes insolvent, files a petition for bankruptcy, or commences or has commenced against it proceedings relating to bankruptcy, receivership, reorganisation, or assignment for the benefit of creditors. (c) Either Party may terminate this Agreement for any reason or no reason by providing written notice to the other Party of termination at least five (5) days in advance of the desired termination date. Any introductions to Customers made before the termination date of this Agreement will be eligible to earn a Referrers Fee.
