About the speakers

Olivier is a certified coach-consultant specializing in individual, team, and organizational coaching. A pioneer in AI Coaching, he co-founded the first AI Coaching applications between 2016 and 2023. Currently a PhD candidate in leadership development with AI Coaching, Olivier brings over 10 years of experience in the AI Coaching sector. He also co-developed the ICF Global AI Coaching Standards and offers unique AI Coaching training programs for coaches and coaching businesses. His work has contributed to the international AI Coaching literacy movement, Viva La Coaching.
